Questionnaire of logistics service quality between self-built logistics mode and third party logistics mode among B2C e-commerce Companies in China

 

This questionnaire is a part of the master degree’s dissertation of International business management with Logistics, School of Management and Languages, Heriot-Watt University. The objective of this survey is to identify the characteristics and differences of service quality between self-built logistics mode and third party logistics mode.

This survey would select Amazon China represented as a model of self-built logistics mode while Tmall to represent the third-party logistics mode,  to supply a scientific decision-making basis for enterprises' logistics strategy, enabling enterprises to find the most suitable and practical logistics distribution mode to enhance their core competitiveness.

All participants take part in this study in a voluntary way, and the obtained information will be used for academic purpose only. Assurances have been given that all respondents’ information is confidential and anonymous.
